Young Theodore (less popularly known as Fyodor Alekseyevich P.) hails from the Old World Russia's noble and mighty capital of Moscow. For reasons unmentionable, he less than voluntarily went into exile, and resides in the cultural capital of the North America known as New York City and revered by many as the center of the arts, indulging in vices and endeavors great in order to forget his painful past and the afflictions suffered by his country at the hands of traitors and despots of common blood. The faithful serf Gavrila stayed by his master's side, following him in the night to a foreign land, and has been with the young master since, scolding him when he strayed and nursing him to health when he fell ill. Every once in a while, the young master travels in secrecy to his homeland.
He likes to think he is intellectual, artistic, daring and intriguing, while in reality he is probably simply arrogant, vain and cruel. But those would be compliments just as well. He dreams of fame for doing nothing, old money that could indulge his rakish lifestyle, stock a library and allow him to travel the world at will, and controversy over his art. He has been rumored of breaking several hearts of old men, and to be in a relationship with a woman who might or might not also be his sister (or a man). He is a member of the New World Royalist Society, a Sans-Nom, a Bunburyist, a libertine and a rake suffering from consumption and Stendhal syndrome, as well as irregular afflictions bestowed upon him by the Fates. He terribly wishes for the terminal illness to cut him down tragically in his prime, however the nights he will spend in Parisian brothels may yet take care of that.
